Christmas Letter 2008

Dear Family and Friends,

We hope that you are all doing well and have had a great 2008. Not a lot has changed in our household since our card last Christmas, except we have all grown in one way or another. Carson recently turned 1 on the 3rd of December and is quite a vivacious, spirited, “boundary-testing” little boy. He loves life, especially now that he is on the run. What a blessing he has been. And…we are expecting his little brother to arrive on April 20th.

Brock and Aftann are still teaching at Arapahoe School. (Brock teaching MS math and Aftann teaching MS reading.) Aftann has been truly blessed by her 9-2 work schedule. Brock is also coaching the cross-country, wrestling and track teams.

Our families are doing well. Brock’s sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Matt Mason, are expecting their first baby in June. Aftann’s sister, Angie, and John Wendling were married last July and are living in Buffalo ,NY. Brock’s grandparents, Wilma and Scott Kisling, celebrated 60 years of marriage last September.

We pray for blessings on your Christmas holiday and upcoming new year.

With Love,
The Kislings

Tan,

You've taken blogging to the next level! Above and beyond, that's all I have to say. Love the new layout (new to me, at least).

Congrats on bub #2. I'll be excited to meet him, and of course see Carson as his personality continues to flourish! Hope you are well. I'll miss seeing you at home over Christmas.

much love
